Arlette Chiara Sivizaca Conde and art of storytelling
Every photographer has his or her own purpose and reasoning for clicking a photograph. Each of them also has a different definition of a perfect picture. But ask each and every photographer in the world and they’ll all agree unanimously on one thing - “Every photograph should tell a tale.”
Arlette Chiara also agrees on the same, “A perfect picture must be able to tell a story. One look at a picture and the first thing that is being noticed is not the person in it, it is the surroundings that capture the viewer.” Photography is a thread which binds humans with nature and their surroundings and together they complement each other and Chiara believes in it.
Arlette Chiara Sivizaca Conde is a photographer based out of Berlin. Her work crosses the boundaries of conventional photography and takes the viewer in an altogether different world. While looking at her photographs you can imagine her whispering into your ears. Conde has handful of stories to tell through her photographs. Her photographs are beautiful, dreamy and poignant with fascinating stories hidden inside them. Conde’s work has a mix of drama and surrealism which makes it interesting and captivating. She tries to bring a different outlook towards her images and she succeeds more often than not.
Arlette is only 20 years old but her photography definitely defies her age. She is very fond of capturing herself which invariably turns her many photographs into a self portrait. Unlike many others, she is not looking to turn her passion into a profitable profession. We at IDA feel privileged to bring some of her work. Take a look and marvel the art created by this young girl who is “trying to express her fantasies and the beauty in people.”
